Welcome! I am the E/LA Special Education teacher at Chuckey-Doak Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year.

I graduated with honors from Chuckey-Doak High School in 1986. In 2018, I graduated with a Master's in Curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in Special Education from Tusculum University. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Tusculum College in 2013, where I graduated with honors.

I have been active in Chuckey-Doak athletics where I have coached football, wrestling, and soccer at the high school and middle school levels. In 2015, I was fortunate to serve as the head wrestling coach where my daughter Allison became the first 105lb. East Region Girls Wrestling Champion and the first TSSAA 105lb. Girls Wrestling State Champion.

I have worked in auto manufacturing as a machinist and maintenance technician for over twenty years. I am a veteran who served in the Army during Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
