Hello! My name is Brennan Babb and I am the 8th Grade U.S. History teacher and Assistant Boys Basketball Coach. I am looking forward to working with the students to learn about our nation's history.
I was born and raised in Greeneville. I went to both GMS and GHS. I went on to attend the University of Tennessee for both my undergrad and graduate programs. I earned a bachelor's in history with minors in Political Science and Secondary Education. I earned a Master of Science with an emphasis on teacher education. During this time, I also completed my year-long teaching internship at Karns High School in Knoxville.
My favorite hobbies are swimming, video games, hunting, fishing, golf, and basketball. I also have a 5-year-old Corgi named Millie Ann.
Teaching United States History is my passion. I love this country and love studying its history. My passion for American History is what I hope to pass on to each student that enters my classroom. Teaching United States History is also a great responsibility and one that I do not take lightly.
